Full fee: all participants (presenting and attending) who can claim back their expenses (e.g. doctoral candidates, postdocs, professors, employees of governments/organisations)
Reduced fee: all presenting participants who cannot claim back their expenses (e.g. independent scholars, artists, activists with presentations)
Low fee: all non-presenting participants who cannot claim back their expenses (e.g. independent scholars, artists, activists without presentations)
Reduced fee: all presenting participants who cannot claim back their expenses (e.g. independent scholars, artists, activists with presentations)

Students who cannot afford the registration fee may attend as conference volunteers (no proof required; simply enquire with duha.ceylan@vub.be).
